Alexis Guerrero

Alexis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Legal Studies. During her undergraduate studies, she was recognized for academic excellence and received the award for highest GPA among freshman women.

She received her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she was awarded the George Miskovsky, Sr. and Nelly Miskovsky Scholarship. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a judicial extern to Judge David B. Lewis at the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, assisting with legal research and judicial analysis in appellate matters. She also worked as a legal intern with a global leader in rental housing, where she supported in-house counsel on matters affecting multi-state operations.

She is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Alabama and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma. She joined the firm in 2026.

Her practice focuses on civil litigation, including insurance disputes and other complex matters in both state and federal courts. She has represented financial institutions and corporate clients in contested proceedings and brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to motion practice, case development, and courtroom advocacy.
