The Ozone Project

The Ozone Project was initiated by the firm as a result of our involvement with nonattainment areas throughout the United States.  It is scientifically undisputed that ground level ozone adversely impacts human health.  USEPA, in recognition of this concern, recently lowered the 8-hour ozone standard from 85 to 75 parts per billion.

While the country has seen improvements in air quality, much more could be accomplished.  The purpose of The Ozone Project is to integrate experts in public policy, industry and the scientific and academic community in an effort to aid in the development of a common sense and innovative approach to solving our nation’s air quality problems.  A major part of The Project’s focus is to seek solutions that reduce America’s dependence on foreign oil while at the same time provide ways to reduce consumer fuel cost.  These objectives are not exclusive of each other and can be achieved in tandem with improved air quality.  What America needs is a new approach to regulation.

Several experts have agreed to serve on The Ozone Project.  An announcement regarding this panel of experts will be provided in the near future.  In addition, we solicit your participation in this unique opportunity.
