Matthew C. Kane

Director 

While attending the OU College of Law, Matt served as a Legal Intern for Chief Judge Robin Cauthron of the Western District of Oklahoma and the Office of the Prosecutor for the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.  Since joining the Firm, Matt has been involved in extensive complex litigation and a variety of noteworthy cases, including the defense and acquittal of a white-collar defendant in a billion dollar criminal securities case, proceedings to remove a judge accused of crimes of moral turpitude before the Oklahoma Court of the Judiciary as Assistant to the Special Prosecutor, and the return of a child to his parent under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.  His practice includes criminal, environmental, business and international law litigation.

Matt has also developed projects for various entities such as the Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism and the Centre for the Study of Terrorism and Political Violence relating to the legal aspects of the war on terror.
